Help with Fuses & Relays Beside Battery

Hi, Does anyone know what fuses and relays are in the fuse box beside the battery on an 05 Megane 1.6 ?

First Renault we've had & manual doesn't tell us anything.

Having problem with front fogs and really don't want to go near a dealer.

can't remember off hand but i think they are something with the engine. the fog light fuse will be under the cover next to the glove box
