Just wondered if those that have registered with MyRenault & registered their car(s) have had any feedback in the "My Quality and Safety actions" sections? I.e. where Renault are supposed to tell you if there are any fixes available for your car(s).
I registered some time ago, added my 2 Renaults - a Megane II '04 and a Scenic '02 and so far have had nothing appearing in this column other than "There is currently no information for your registered vehicles at this time." - whatever that means?
Anyone had any feedback from Renault by this route?

Hello - I registered with My Renault in october last year (the same time as I purchased my 06 Plate Megane) - there was a recall noted under the 'My Quality and Safety actions' for an injection computer fault.
This was really useful as I wouldn't have known about the problem otherwise.
As soon as I had the recall work actioned at my local dealer, the notice disappeared off the My Renault site, so there must be a link between the dealer computer system and the website.

when I registered there was a note for rear window replacement,called my dealer got it booked in and got the rear window changed,as Carl mentioned,when the job is done,they will disappear.
