04 Plate 1.6 Petrol Service Parts Price list (Surrey Area)

Just came back from the dealer and here is a list of the items you may find useful:

Filter Oil (77 00 274 177) £6.59
Washer (82 00 641 648) £1.24
Filter Air (82 00 371 661) £11.40
Filter Cabin (77 01 055 109) £14.47
Spark Plug x 4 (77 00 500 155) £23.54

So the total is £60+VAT for original parts I do not think is too bad.

Five litres of Mobil1 Oil 0w40 is around £45 in Halfords.

Four NGK Iridum Spark Plugs (bkr6eix) £32.70 next day delivery from sparkplugs.co.uk

I am taking the car to the main dealer, do you think they will be happy to use the plugs and oil if I buy it elsewhere?

As long as the oil you supply meets the correct grade and spec for your engine they cannot argue.

Halfrauds are a rip off for oil. You can get oil much cheaper form other sources, (oilman on here will do you a good deal if you contact him.)

As for the plugs, not sure :?

Was reading around here what the specs need to be and this Mobil 1 0w40 is "ACEA A3" so will be suitable. I did check opieoils unfortunatelly I left it too late to order online.. the car is going in for service on Monday =(

The iridium spark plugs arrived yesterday, they have been recommended here in this forum so giving them a try, I will report any issue.
