Just bought a megane sport gar knob off of a 225 to fit to my dynamique, figured you just pull the original one off, the only thing i have noticed and wanted to ask prior to fitting it, is the fact that the gear knob is shorter than the original one, will the original gear gaitor still be ok?
Also has anybody fitted one and how easy was it?

I think the sport knob has six gears and a pull up reverse
where yours has not got a pull up reverse
you can get the top out of the knob and replace it with the sport one

Cheers for that, should have checked before i got over excited and ordered it. I have got it now and it does indeed have 6 gears which i am not bothered about, and it does not have the lift up reverse attached which is a good thing.
Do you know if the original gear gaiter is long enough to reach as the gear knob is shorter?

i have changed mine 2 years ago,
first, u have to know that the original knob will not be fitted again.
second, if the knob is shorter, you could buy a momo ring that gives the knob enough height. it is just a silver ring shape fitted before the knob to make it longer.
note: anyone--> do not buy momo metal gear knob because it will not shine and will have a lot of scratches after a while!

I'll have to disagree here a little: at least the 6-speed knob with pull-up reverse can be refitted. I've pulled my knob twice without any problems. ;D
But the knobs without pull-up reverse may well be damaged on removal, I've no experience on those....
