Rattle when cruising low speed

Hi All
First time post after reading a lot of the discussions heat but not seeing anything that matches the noise I'm hearing.

When cruising at low speeds <30 will no pedals pressed there is a rattle that sounds like somethings loose from what sounds to be under the drivers side. If I use the brakes or accelerator it goes, same if I depress the clutch.
Bumpy roads much worse than good surfaces.
Had 3 garages look at it, exhaust is sound, no heat shields loose, and the front brakes changed.
Any ideas, it's driving me mad.
