Air con issue

Good evening

I've got a little issue and it's really bugging me. I have a Mégane 2018 1.3 iconic and the air con no longer seems to work on automatic. I know it used to work that way but when you press auto now the air con goes off. It's due it's first service soon so I'll ask them then. Just wondered if anyone else has had that.
