and it seems the handbook for it, and any other technical data I might be able to use to fix it up, is VERY 
hard to find. It seems it's not the usual renault 1.6. either 
On one bit of paperwork it's classed as ;
MEGANE 1.6 MAXIM VVT 3 door 110 BHP
Can anyone help with a link to some free pdf's or something please ? I can't even order the right parts at this rate.
I actually have another, renault megane scenic and thought I'd be able to swap parts from one to the Maxim to make 1 good car but it looks like there's quite a lot of differences in the suspension etc
