Loud whining noise in engine bay

Hi!
I have this loud whining noise in engine bay when the ignition is on and engine is not running:

I have the exact same noise, i think its normal.... lol

i can hear the same noise when i turn the ignition on but not the engine

goes away after like 5 minutes or so

i think its normal
