Newbie needs some assistance

Ok capitans,
this is the situation, after cleaning the throttle body on my 1.4 Megane 2 (refereed to as Megan from this point on wards), I have some questions.
1) Would the sheering of Intake manifold dr-air bolt number 4 (sequence of tightening) cause an air leak sufficient enough to allow the car's idle to rise past 3000 rpm, as far as me and my dad can see/hear/feel/smell/taste there is no movement in the manifold or air being sucked in but we understand even the smallest gap could cause a problem. Bolt 4 is referring to the Haynes workshop manual tightening order, its basically the bottom left one...

2)After cleaning the Throttle body apart from new rubber seals being placed, should I have applied wd-40 to the butterfly valve to allow it to move freely, we initially thought the throttle body was sticking open?

3) Would the servo to the top right of the intake manifold not being connected properly/at all potentially cause the engines idle to rise up to well above 3k rpm due to the uncontrollable airflow. i.e. what would happen if the servo was not connected and air could enter the manifold though it?

As my car has been sitting on the drive for a few weeks we've had to jump start it after the throttle body clean out, would this potentially cause the freaky high rpm on idle while charging the battery, I understand the ECU is not used to the throttle body being clean and providing good air flow but surely this should change idle from 750/800 to around 1500 maybe not in excess of 3000.. since the engine oil is past change date and been sitting at the bottom for a few weeks we turned it off as soon as the revs breached 3k rpm....

really sorry for such a long post, being my first post as well, if anyone wants to read this and help i'll be more than great full, i hope this sort of makes sense

cheers
