Renault Megane Auto Transmission Oil

Ok. I've posted a problem with my Megane jumping out of 4th into 3rd with a thud and the warning lights illuminate and got no feedback.
Restarting the engine clears it so I've decided to change the Transmission oil to see if that helps. The Manual is little help.
Can anyone advise the very best ATF to use and how much to use? There is no dipstick.
