So here's my first question for the Megane CC I acquired just a few days ago...
After a shower last night the driver's seat was wet this morning. Not the back but only the seating.
Everything else was dry, also the carpet. So I assumed a leak from the roof.
Gave it a shower for 20 mins this afternoon - nothing to spot, everything looks watertight from the inside.
Even when opening the roof thereafter everything looked ok, nothing unusual around the seals.
I'm a little lost now...
What else could I check, where could the wetness come from??
a leak. but where??

Re: a leak. but where??
it could be condensation from water already in your car , condensation can rise and the settle on the glass roof and drop on the seats , even just on one side if the car is at a slant .lift the carpet up in the front footwells and look under the wooden boards , any wetness in there ?
