Dead screen wash. no sound no nothing! megane 55 plate

Hi guys, this is my first post. My megane 55 plate 1.5 dci 86 bhp had plagued me for a few months with a few problems.

When i bought it 10 months ago the auto lights and wipers didnt work. The headlights stayed on all the time and the wipers wont go on Intermittent, just fast and very fast wipe. Then last month my screenwash died.

When I flick the wiper arm back to activate the wash there is no noise and no wash, the only thing that happens is the wipers run Across the screen once then nothing. I took off the bumper and there is definitely water in there. I tested the wire going to the motor/pump and it is dead, there is no power going down it. I checked the fuse and it had gone I think it was the right fuse? Same one as the cigar lighter and aircon. I Changed that and the other electrics worked but not screen wash so then I changed the wiper fuse in the engine fuse box next to battery and that did nothing. Still no screen washer and im going to scotland on saturday! Help

Did you check for power after you replaced the fuse? Chances, the pump will need replacing (bumper off again)
