225 alloys on 1.4

would love the 5 stud alloys on my 4 stud megane. i know about adapters just price is so darn expensive.
was told by a mechanic i could buy meg 225 brake discs/hubs and mill them down to the same size as the standard meg alloys so i wont have to change the calipers and all that mumbo jumbo.

anyone done this or know of anyone who has
