How to remove rear bumper on megame cabriole

Hi all, I am new to the forums and plus I am new as I have just bought a megane cabriole.

Question is, how do I remove the rear bumper, I have had a look and doesn't seem to hard just need a guide on how to do it.

Can anyone help please.
