Update List Stereo Stalk Adaptor

Hi, i have a megane 2005 with an update list stereo. I want to re-fit all my ICE which i pulled out of my old car but i dont want to loose the steering wheel stalk control. Ive found many different stalk adaptors on the internet but most of which dont show anything on the in car display, only the time and temp and i dont want a blank screen either!! Ive found one adaptor on eBay which will show the make of the aftermarket head unit on the incar display. The only problem with this is that the ISO connectors shown on the photo dont seem to fit a update list stereo???? What do you guys think? heres the link:

If this wont fit the 2005 update list stereo, does anyone know of anyother stalk adaptors that will show something on the incar display?

Oh and whats all this CAN-BUS all about?????
