Megane GT - best way to get BHP

Postby neo9918 » Wed Oct 21, 2009 4:30 pm

I have a megane GT and it is remapped to in the region of just under 200 bhp.

Im not sure what upgrades would be best to get next. Having looked at k-tec for a while, I think im going to get the cat back exhaust system. I also want the viper induction kit and at some point the intercooler.

If anyone knows the general power increase I will get from these three upgrades that would be great.

However, I also want to know if the turbo from the 225 can be fitted to the GT's engine or if it would be too power much for it as im unsure of the familiarity between the two 2.0l turbo engines.

Thanks for your help!

it'd be cheaper to trade it in for a 225

ask on Meganesports.net and there will be a few more people in the same situation to give you an idea, i would imagine, ITG pannel filter, Cat back or sports cat/decat exhaust system, Larger FMI, RStunning Remap? depending on the place you got yours from.
