Megane cc Spoiler
hi all i,m a bit stuck. i bought a mitsubishi evo spoiler for my 07 plate megane cc ( looks sweat on the car ) but when i looked into fitting it couldn't figure out how to get the hard plastic liner from the inside of the boot lid off. it needs to come off so that i can wire in the spoiler brake light. also want all the fittings out of sight. any ideas how to get it off.....knowing me its probably dead simple and i've overlooked a few screws but it does seem to firmly attached.

i have just discovered that looking on the haynes web site, didn't think it would but you have to check. i really don't want to take it to the renault garage and pay the silly prices they charge.

Re: Megane cc Spoiler
just to let you all know i plucked up the courage and fitted my spoiler last night. was pretty straight forward actually. couldn't get the liner off as it is glued on so just had to drill through it and put in blanking caps to cover the holes. looks good and will try and get some photos if i can.
Re: Megane cc Spoiler
would be very interested to see how this looks

Hi
Looks good, I have been looking for a spoiler for my megane cc, very little choice on the market and what there is a is bit of a rip off
Any issues with fitting it?
Where did you get it from?

Re: Megane cc Spoiler
Hi mate i got it off e-bay for the bargain price of £5
No probs fitting but i had to drill through the lining as well as the boot lid because the lining is well and truly stuck in place and would not come off.
good luck with your search.

Re: Megane cc Spoiler
this actually looks really good, i was expecting a massive silly looking thing, but the one you have suits the car very well, now you just need some big anthracite alloys and a r26 front end, colour code the rear and you'll have a big pimping cab.
