Passenger and Driver windows stuck up

I have an 04 Megane Dynamique 120 3 door 58,000 miles. The drivers door stopped working a year or so ago and I got the regulator fixed FOC from Renault. Now the drivers door has gone again and so has the passenger door (the passenger door went a couple of months later). I cant get either down and there is no clicking or remote sound of them working.

Does anyone know what it might be - I have been told I might need to replace the PSU in the engine compartment as both fuses are ok. Any advice would be welcomed . I am fed up with this happening to lots of people and Renault not recogonising there is a problem and a recall etc.

If anyone has had the same andsorted it please let me know.
