Get them told wanda

Shortly after the debacle I had with BT I received a customer feedback questionnaire, oh was I happy to fil it in :devil

TT report: We've been live with them for over a week now and I am really pleased, £13.20 p/month for 12 months then £14.20 and that's for line rental and free evening and weekend calls, with BT it would be costing us £15.45. The really good things; excellent customer service and free any time local calls, I think it works out at exchanges within a 20 or 30 mile radius, great!! Also free calls to other TT customers at any time.

I can't recommend them enough.

BTW my o2 broadband has been unaffected by the change :rock

I finally got the money back, but the nerve of BT STILL insisting it was not their fault. I will give them a customer satisfaction survey that they will never forget.
