Engine

I was wondering how much does a brand new, refurbished or reconditioned engine cost?

depends on what engine it is, new will be astronomical, probably looking at 2.5k or something, recon probs about 1k-1.5k, second hand with proof of mileage 500-900.

You'd be best off looking for someone who is breaking a meg, or a rear ended meg

What's up with t'engine?
Silver 08 plate 5dr 1.5dci Dynamique 106 Tech Run (re-mapped)

Red 03 plate 5dr 1.9 Dynamique dci120

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!

If your putting a new engine in why not just look at a 225 engine. They crop up on ebay all the time for round £1000

Please someone stick one in a Scenic for a laugh - Make those Zafira VXR owners cry.

nothing wrong with the current one. I have heard there is a new 1.6 dci engine coming up which looks tempting. But just thinking of the future.
