Wind Deflectors
Well I was going to buy the wind deflector, but wind is not a problem in the front seats even at motorway speed. Its the rear seat passengers that suffer from the effects of wind so to speak.
Has anyone managed to get one that fits behind the rear head restraints. That would solve all the problems.

Interesting..Our CC was in France over the weekend way down south (Orange) and I decided to try the roof down to make some use of the 23 degree sunshine whilst driving around the vineyards and backroads. However it was quite windy and was noticably draughty around the shoulders and up the back of my tee shirt without the wind deflector. What a difference with it fitted, on that experience alone I am sold on them. Just for the record its the wife's CC and this was the first time I have been in it with the roof down.

Re: Wind Deflectors
yes I get the "breeze up the lower back" as well so I think a deflector may be a good purchase, I also get a bit of back seat seatbelt slap as well only every now and then so I wonder if it is something to do with which way the wind is blowing.

Just bougth a wind deflector from eBay. £89 plus £12 postage. What a difference!
It's a really neat piece of kit. They have 1 left if anyone is interested. Here's the link

I bought it off someone off this site. They bought an astra cc and had the old megane cc deflector. I was very luck as I got it for less than a £100. Including delivery.

I agree, thanks to the wind deflector I can have the roof down at 6 degrees instead of 10, assuming it is dry
Re: Wind Deflectors
Mine was in the boot when I bought my car a few weeks ago Virtually windless inside when its in use, which is ALL of the time. Np one can site in the back , but thats no problem to me.

Re: Wind Deflectors
I wouldn't say mine is windless. At 6'3" my head catches the breeze, but to be honest, that's part of the fun

I want one of these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W222BK3SyjM
But I can't find where to buy one.. I might end up making one as well.
I have the Renault fold-up deflector and it's great.. but it effectively makes the car a two seater, so is no good with my daughters in the back..

I dont understand how that will help the front passengers
Re: Wind Deflectors
indeed, it might be useless..
I might rig something up with cardboard / scrap wood and see if it has any effect, before I go trying to cut perspex.
