Re: Which Bulb?
Is your car equipped with xenon headlights? If that's the case you need D2S xenon lamp. Hella is around 110€.

This is the best I could find:
https://www.carbulbs.com/osram-oh1-1-car ... =prod-info
Looks like a standard Halogen H1 but direstraits could be right - it maybe Xenon. Best remove the old bulb for identification and take it to a motor factors.

Re: Which Bulb?
Renault Mégane II light bulbs are hard to reach. It is better if you take the vehicle.

Re: Which Bulb?
If you have HIDs in the car get replacement bulbs with a kelvin of 6000.
If you have standard bulbs get Philips X-treme power +80% -- Best non HID bulbs in the world.
I have these as my full beam, when i changed them i had one starndard bulb in and one Philips X-treme power +80% to see what they were like. It was like night and day in comparison. Well with £25.

Re: Which Bulb?
I prefer 4200-6000K color temperature.
4200K is white light with yellow color (color temperature of original xenon lamp).
5000K is white light with little yellow color (highest color temperature permissible by european standard).
6000K is white light with little blue color.
