endless problems with keyless system when trying to lock/unlock doors without using the remote (liked wet but not icey or hot/dry weather for some reason). sensors would not pick up the presence of my hand behind the handle and the door buttons would not work. all i did was to squirt WD40 around the button and hey presto, it's now fine. worth a try.

it tends to be water or dirt ingress that does it. mine does the same
