megane cc rear window motor broke?

hi again!!
any ideas, my passenger side rear window on my 04 megane cc, just makes a crunching sound, the window doesnt move up or down!
ive managed to pull it up and stick it closed with gaffa tape!
if its the motor any ideas on price and where to start ripping things out!!

Try a Renault specialist, they are cheaper than dealers. I think its not easy to fix yourself.
