Usually it's just a matter of locating the adjuster rod's ball end in the equivalent "cup" in the headlight, then attaching the adjuster's body to the headlight by pushing in and twisting. It's the (kind of) same sort of bayonet fitting as rear light bulbs have.

I had some Chinese-made headlights on my Twingo, they had a design flaw where the travel of the original adjuster wasn't sufficient, they always pointed too low even if I wound the adjustment screws to the max upward. These AAs for the Megane are designed better in that respect?

normaly with headlights like these there very simply to fit but may not work exactly how you want e.g halo's on all the time.
this is because the makers have to cover there backside incase you are breaking the law by doing this.
daytime running lights which if you have them on all the time is what they will be classed as must dim down when dipped beam is turned on and which ever side indicater is used that drl must dim while indicater is in use. this normaly means a very expensive control box.
if you want them to work like standard lights they should be great from the box
