Has anyone tried a induction kit on a Dci?
If so is it any good?

you can fit one, wont necessarily get you huge gains (but you will get gains), you wont get much more noise really over the hum of the diesel lump. a decent panel filter in the standard airbox will more than suffice.

alot of people with the 225's found that they lost bhp thru having an induction kit, so id stick with the pannel filter, ive got a itg on mine and no complaints. Although if you were just bothered about the noise than you could make yourself one fairly easy

Someone of another site had played around with different filters and set ups and couldnt get it better than standard with an induction kit, i think its because the cars so well set up as standard, so best option is just to improve the standard element.
