Hey Boysie, It only happened to me once as well, and the trip comp froze once as well, I would get it hooked up to the diag comp as I expected a software upgrade and ended up with a full new dash replacement. Technician said even though I was having small electrical probs every now and again he could guarantee that within 6 months the whole dash would just give up

I might consider a GT - but I will go for the petrol version. Don't do many miles now so no point having a diesel.

Yes but with fuel now over a £1 a ltr can you really afford to go back to a thirsty petrol engine.

I'm already missing the economy of the Megane. :(
Only geting 39mpg knocking around in the Laguna 2.0dCi and 44mpg on longer runs. Mind you it's the size and weight of a small bungalow

I do less than 10000 miles a year, and a lot of that is on company mileage. I'm really not bothered about economy.

DASH NOT ILLUMINATED

Postby jason » Tue Dec 11, 2007 10:18 am

IVE HAD THIS SOMETIMES MY SELF ON MY GT ITS DUE TO THE AUTO LIGHTS......THE COMPUTER TURNS ON THE LIGHTS & 4 GETS THE DASHS ONES......FLICK YOUR LIGHTS ON BY THE STORK & THEN OFF AGAIN ALL YOUR DASH LIGHT SHOULD STAY ON......OR TURN OFF AUTO LIGHT THEN TURN BACK ON AGAIN..... THIS SHOULD SORT IT OUT.

JASON........ :D
