ITG filter

im looking for a closed air induction kit but have noticed alot of people have this ITG panel filter . is this any good and should i start with this first ????

From the sound of it, everyone puts the itg on the 225s, dont think the forced induction ones give good enuf bhp increase for the £, think i remeber reading a post about a forced air induction kit reducing bhp.

Thx for letting me know . do u know where i could get one from and is it just a case of removing my old panel filter and replacing it with one the itg one ?
