No power until 2200 revs

Ive got a Megane 2.0dci 175hp yesterday driving along the road it was all good I get to a junction go to pull out and I have no power at all and when I put the foot down it’s taking time for revs to build up and even at that it’s inky going to 3k revs but when I start to drive as soon as I hit about 2200revs the car bursts to life again I’m thinking possible fuel pump issue but don’t want to start replacing things as expensive as that before I know for sure lol was just to see if anyone else has had this problem before and how they solved it

Check the EGR valve isn't sticking open, you will have to remove it and give it a clean.

It’s had the egr removed apparently but I’ll need to give it a proper check make sure it has been cheers

All fixed was down to a dirty maf sensor cheers for the help tho
