Introducing myself.

Postby bev » Wed Dec 04, 2013 4:02 pm

Hello and thank you for allowing me to join your forum.
I've been a Renault owner since 1979, when I bought my Renault 5. She was a great little car and although small (we were a young family then (wife & 2 kids) we went everywhere in her and she never missed a beat. (I should mention that we were living in South Africa at the time , so distances were long & some country road surfaces dubious, to say the least!!) She lasted 'till 1989 (& was still going strong, when my then ex wrote her off!!!)
Since then I've had a '99 Megane 1 (1.4), a 2005 Megane 2 (1.5 dci) and now a 2010 Megane 3 (1.5 dci)
I live in Ireland (just south of Dublin). I'm 66 yo (next week :( haha).
With the exception of my Renault 5, ALL my Meganes have given me problems with electrics / electronics, but I still keep buying them!
I have a problem at the moment, but I'll post that on the appropriate forum.
Looking forward to being a member of your forum & I hope that I can contribute something of value. Kind regards to you all!

Welcome Bev, pleasure to have you on board. Oh and happy birthday for the day to come.

I see you live in God own country also, like the best of us ;-)

Let us know if we can be of assistance to any of your problems... or simply join in the banter!

Paddy
