CAR NICK NAMES - is it a girly thing i am worried

does anyone else have a 'thing' for naming thier cars ???
mine - ours is called BEYONCE due to the obvious pout rear
i am NOT a girl but wonder if this is where it originated from ...and no there are NO pink furry things anywhere near the car !!! unless my Mrs gets in

I quite like trivia. My mother's car is a Rover Citi-Rover (aka a Tanta built thing from India). I call it the bus, since the driving position is almost non-adjustable and you end up steering a huge nearly vertically mounted wheel. Makes me grin every time
I take it for a spin. My dad's car is nominally 'bullet proof' - a D4D Avensis that hardly ever goes wrong.

As for mine, it's just 'my car' or on occasion '********'.

our last car was called 'aka chan ' for the red colour (red car in japanese i think )...but you can only go with the same name so many time !!

missus wants to call ours "minty" because of the light metallic green colour it is.

Hence why i call it "fungus" based on the bogeyman... sad but make me giggle when she starts on about calling it minty.

think i too would prefer Fungas than 'minty ' too
i got me a BEYONCE tax disc ....at least a little somethin to gaze at in traffic jams
