Installing my Dension ice link!

Hi, I'm trying to install a Dension Ipod kit into my Megane which has the standed Tuner List stereo. I've fitted it and it isn't working - I believe it may have something to do with the purple cable i can't find a home for!
If anybody has installed one of these before i would be most grateful for some advice!
