I've registered for it, but I don't really see it being very organised as booking in over the phone or face to face doesn't seem too organised to start with anyway!

As Ray says, I wouldn't trust it!

A bit of a belated response, but............I must admit to having used it and it works a treat.

You pick your date and your chosen dealer contacts you within 24 hours (by email or telephone) to confirm.
