alloy wheel question

Hi Guys

I have been offered a set of alloys of a mate they came off a vauxhall astra and are 5x110 they are aftermarket tsw alloys

now my megane gt is 5x108 but i have read on the net i can use wobble bolts which would mean i could fit these on my car is this true

also i think the offset of the tsw alloys are 35 and they are 18 inch

would anybody be able to tell me if these would defo fit my car or would i have problems ????
