Is this a scam?

Postby wanda » Thu Jan 26, 2012 7:52 pm

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/18-Wolfrace-H ... 877wt_1110

I wanted to buy it as it is a bargain but then again I wasn't able to get hold of the person selling. These days I find it hard to trust things that seem too good to be true.

I did try to call but the BT lady says "this number does not accept incoming calls" which made me feel a bit un easy.

Does sound odd, but to be fair if thy accept PayPal then you shouldn't have any issues, and also it says colection preferred, click buy it now n then send him a message, could be any number of reasons hes not responding..
But with that feedback and the security of PayPal I wouldn't worry..

Seems a bit dodgy tome. I would not contemplate selling such an item on e bay let alone buy one.
