megane cab driver window

i have just been into my renault garge as my driver window has stopped working - told its a known problem and that renault will pay 75% question if its a known problem why are renault not paying the whole sum? any ideas how i should pursue?

I've just had mine done today, I think I got the only part left in the country! (long story) there's a waiting list for this part as the factory that manufactures them got destroyed in the Japanese earthquake!

Fortunately for me, the other three windows have already been done, I've just bought the car- megane II '05 1.4.

Renault did pay 75% of the cost, I had to pay £100.82 :shock: :shock:

thanks - my garage has said up to £120 - still think that if renault know its a fault they should fix FOC. I am going to ring them tomorrow and try for a better outcome - i'll let you know if i get anything better.
