The Mégane II Owners' Club

Hi all. I hope this in the right section as it's my first post.

The wife and I are currently looking for a diesel megane sport, 1.5 or 1.9 we haven't decided which yet, although I'd rather have the extra grunt as I'm still missing my 306 GTi 6 I had to sell last year. So, I'm just browsing to see what common problems these cars have and hang around for any banter etc.

I'll be dropping in from time to time, no doubt asking stupid questions that have been asked a million times (I will use the SEARCH button before I ask anything, though)

Welcome along. I also would be in favour of the 1.9. And if its remaped it will pull like a train.

As to the search function its not that grate to put it mildly.

So use google and before you queery place ' https://meganeownersclub.co.uk' Works very well and theres a wealth of knowledge about the car to be found.
