Winter tyres a modification??

Can believe these car insurance people, apparently normal tyres are safer :o :conf . And if you dare change them to winter they will slap 20% on your policy.

take 4 normal tyres with u ))) and after accident change winter to normal )))

i use spiked tyres ))

Yes I read about that too. I can't believe the insurance companies at times. Anything to make money! :banghead
