Heater fan not working at all...HELP??

As above, the heater on my Megane 06 plate 1.5dci has stopped working on all settings, and doesnt create any heat at all?
What are the possible faults? Resistor? Motor?
Also could someone help me with component location, and is this a job i can tackle myself?
