Work trip

Postby wanda » Thu Oct 28, 2010 1:46 pm

The car still impresses.

Went for a business trip this week from Tonridge to Amsterdam to London on a single tank, whilst sticking to their national speed limit. 685 miles and used 11.8 gallons gave me a figure close to 57 mpg. Thats why I wont go back to petrol :D

Good old meggy cc

Did the business in Amsterdam include the colours red and green!?!

She did well for you. I would have probably had to stop at least once going for twice.

1.5dci  great mpg and £30 car tax, you can keep your petrol lumps

used to travel weekly from suffolk to northumberland 624miles round trip on the one tank, halved my fuel costs in one day by trading in a 2 litre laguna, plus it returns a better mpg then the toyota pious (mispelt on purpose), so i look cooler, i'm greener and have a bigger.................
