megane problems

Postby supermum4 » Thu Sep 16, 2010 1:22 am

Hi my megane had door and alloy wheel damaged after an accident and when the transport truck came to take it for repair he had to tow it as no room on truck :banghead , anyway he reversed my car up off its back wheels and secured it to the back of said truck and then transported it away for inspection. now i wanted to know if this could cause any problems as my car was towed backwards on it's front wheel :sad . thanks in advance for any advice guys.

You have nothing to worry about. This is normal practice.

As above - unless the steering was locked and it was an automatic transmission with forward gear engaged... VERY unlikely to cause any problems.

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!

After re reading the coment don't think it is sarcastic at all.
