Mine had it too but sold long ago, however if there's anything that I can help with ask away.

I have the chance to buy 4 original pressure monitors for a few quid.

My question is do all meganes have the RF reciever or is this part required.

On the models that have it where is the reciever located?

This is a good question. Mine has a loom with a connector that is not used at every wheel arch (next to the struts). I assume that something would have to plug into it (a receiver) - but other than that thought, I really have no idea.

There should be a reciever near the wheel, i have a picture somewhere of it, ill try and dig it out.....

Whether the wiring is there already on all cars im not sure. Only reason i took a picture was the front drivers side went faulty and kept saying "speed too fast for tyre" or something like that.

For the life of me i cant find it Ill have a look on my laptop at home, has to be on there.

Ive just been looking around and it appears to be an option that can be "activated" by a dealer, so the wiring must be there.

Could you have a look at your RF reciever and see if its a semines part? There should be a model number on it could you let me know what it is?

After more investigation the tyre monitors are programed into the UHC which all megans have. The RF functions is simply disabled until programed.

I have now fully working tyre pressure monitors for the grand total of £14.
