Might be silly but we have Mollies and they seem to like disappearing in the tank in the evenings but how do fish sleep..... yes with their eyes open I know :ner ..... I thought fish cant stop moving or they will drown.

I was thinking of buying some plants that they could use as beds but they end up nipping at it until it dies. No manners those mollies of mine. Would have thought I taught them better.

Unfortunately I found a dead one this morning, there is going to be a funeral at the local fish and chip shop this weekend, if anyone wants to send attend or send their condolences are most welcome.

You have my condolences.

Funny you should mention dead fish. I have a few plecos amoung others. Yesterday i found one arse up at the top of the tank. Though ah no a death. So i lifted him out and moved to the bog to flush him. Just as i was about to pull the handle i noticed that there was movement, i put him back in the tank and all is well. That was a close escape for him.

Careful, ever since watching finding nemo (the tank is near the TV) the mollies have become very clever :hmm
