This has to be fun...

1. Skoda (the real old skool one) C reg. (learning to drive in Mum's old motor) Blown head gasket - fixed it - twice.
2. Skoda Rapide (experimental car - had ECU on back seat). Easy to fix. Nice rear engine design. Failed MOT on emissions (even Skoda HQ had no idea how to fix). Mate bought it and did a decat and somehow got it through the MOT (best not discuss how)
3. Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 - my first car - D reg - (loved working on it). £1400 to buy, same to insure. Broke both legs in accident (not my fault) - very written off.
4. Bought brand new V plate Nissan Almera 1.4. Slow as sh1t, but amazingly reliable. Sold to mother when I got bored (2005).
5. Current Meg. More hassle than it's worth.
Silver 08 plate 5dr 1.5dci Dynamique 106 Tech Run (re-mapped)

Red 03 plate 5dr 1.9 Dynamique dci120

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!

2, d reg vauxhall nova 1.2 blue (not bad little car except the choke was a pain)
3, p reg vauxhall astra 1.6 green (one of my old chariots, still going well now with her sister)
4, 55 reg Megane rush 1.4 ottomen blue ( i love my little blue rocket she says, well clean it I say)

Mine is short and sweet. I'm only just 22.

1) N reg Clio 1.9d (looked useless, was useless, but the torque band was nice, sold to my gran)
2) T reg Pug 106 1.1 (should have been useless, but was an epic little machine, it pulled well and much better than any of my mates cars at the time! Bought for £1400, ragged for 2 years and part ex'd for £1200)
3) R reg Audi A3 1.8T (lovely car, really miss having it and how well an even older car was built. Bought very cheap and sold after a year to a mates mate for a profit)
4) 54 reg Megane 1.5dci (bought because I couldn't afford to run a powerful car for the miles I do to Uni. However, I love the car, but do want another Audi the moment I graduate)

Cheers
Alex
