windows down?

hi all
i have a 06 phase one dynamique when i give it 2 clicks to lock the windows go up i think its called total closure
a lad i work with use to have a megane and he said the was a way when you unlock it the windows would go down ideal
on a hot day to cool the car down but neither me or him can find out how to do it has any one else got/herd of this feature
ive checked the hand book cant find anythin!

Called global opening/closing on fords renault does not do it.
Only close when locking for security
