I am soon going to be in my late twenties 29 plus a few years but anyway, I think the time has come for me to start thinking about getting little whitney's running around in the house. I was just concerned that I would not be able to afford to keep the Mrs at home for a few years as well as have some loot for their university and stuff.
Do you guys think late thirties is too late to have children, I know the Mrs does in fact she wants them like yesterday.

I agree the risks are greater, but Im enjoying being a parant in my thirties , had the fun I wanted in my twenties and how enjoying my little one, even thinking about another one. My wife and me both work reduced hours so dont have to rely on child care which is more expensive than Renault parts counter, so would I reccomend it...yes go for it.

if you ask me,late thirties,is too late.you want to enjoy your children and run around with them, don't you?if you can afford it,sooner the better, keeping in mind (as the others suggested)with older age, more chances of things going wrong.
all the best,no matter what.

being only 23 im not thinking about kids yet, but i think id rather have them in my late 20s then when im into my 30s. Got to get my own house sorted first though, and the way the market is at the moment thats impossible.

depends on what you prefer to do, I ran around like a crazy fool until getting married at 30, first snapper at 32 followed by number two at 34, so im gonna have my two drains of my resources well into 50's with no chance of parole, Personally it works for me, if i had kids in my twenties i would not of been able to afford what i can now house, two cars, two kids and the wife and would of missed out on all the messing around with the lads pubs, clubs, stripclubs (...i just said that out loud didn't I)

It's worked out fine for me. I would never have had the cash or the house that I do now if I had started a family in my twenties.

Well now as a married man I have been able to convince my wife to keep the megane cc as a family car
Having spoken to lots of families I think there isnt a right time to start a family.....
