More powerfull 1.4

I have been doing some looking and i am yet to find a more powerfull standard 1.4 than the megane @98 bhp. Is there any 1.4 that is non turbo (ie no TSI) that is more powerfull? All seem around 75 - 90 BHP.

Only thing that comes to mind is the VW 1.4 turbo engine with 140 bhp (I think). I think they have to be less than 100 bhp otherwise no one would buy a 1.6
