Missing liner?

Ive just picked up our Megane II from the garage following rear bumper damage repairs and noticed very clean area under rear of car. Im sure there is normally a liner fitted or am i going nuts?

No liner at the rear. Should be able to see spare wheel well, exhaust, suspension, fuel tank etc.

Best advice for Megane owners: sell it before it bankrupts you!
