Fuse box layout

cigarette socket has no power after plugging in ds charger in, however trying to locate faulty fuse. Looking at the diagram on fuse box cover in passenger footwell there is a 20 amp fuse which seems to be ok.

I have also noticed the A/C and rear demister control buttons do not work and the radio switches off after a few minutes.

Any ideas gratefully received.
