Ok Im new so go easy on me, I did look for an answer to my question,but no luck, here goes:
I bought my megane last week its a 2005 1.6 vvt dynamique auto, its an x mobilty car, milage is 32,000 its had two services, first was march 07 milage was 151018, second was jan 08 milage 23198, dealer I bought it off has done an oil change, I went to my local Renault dealer as my clock says next service in 13,000 miles, they said as its got the vvt 4 engine it should have had a service every year (not every two yrs as the other vvt engine had), and also I need the cam belt changing now !! so Im stuck, do I get a full service and cam belt change now ? or just a full service ? does the cam belt need changing after only doing 32,000 miles ? or should I wait till 13,000 miles are up then get a service ? any advice anyone, oh renault want £350.00 for change of cam belt + vat, service is £200 + vat.

id get a full service if i were you,and as for the cam belt i always though it should be replaced every 50-70,000 miles
